2010-2011 TVA Club Season Tryout Information

All tryouts are on the University of Tulsa campus in the TU Mabee Gym. Click on this link for a map to the tryout location at Florence & 8th.

Each player is expected to attend both tryouts for their age group*. It is not mandatory to attend both, but it gives the coaches more time to see the player's skill level in different situations. If you cannot attend both sessions, please make sure we know which session you cannot attend and your level of interest in the team.

Each player should arrive early enough to complete registration at the door and be prepared to take the floor on time. Please make sure that the player brings enough water for the tryout.

*Each player must play on a team for which they are qualified based on the USAV Age Definitions. They may play up into another age group, but not down. Take a look at the USAV Age Definition for 2010.

2010-2011 CLUB SEASON REGISTRATION

Fees:
The tryout fee is $50 which includes a $10 OKRVA fee. If ours are the first tryouts you are attending, then you need to include the $10 fee for a total fee of $50. If you are trying out for another club before TVA, you will not have to pay this $10 fee again, and should include a $40 fee.

You should receive a receipt for the fee at the first tryout you attend. You will need to provide this receipt at all subsequent tryouts you attend. We are required to collect this $10 fee unless you can provide proof that you have already paid this fee. If you pre-register, you will still need to bring the receipt with you to the express table to verify that you have paid this fee. This fee is applied to your membership if you join an OKRVA team for the season.

Registration:

To register for TVA tryouts this season, please print and bring the following items;

1) OKRVA Tryout Form and complete it including all necessary signatures.  At the bottom of the OKRVA Tryout Form, enter TVA for Club and enter the Age Level for the try out you will attend. 

2) A copy of the player's birth certificate for age verification (unless you have played for us previously) will also be needed.

3) TVA Tryout Form Completed

4) Payment (Cash or Check payable to TVA)
